Subscription and Business Appointments instructions 

To subscribe to the business meetings and procure business appointments, continue as follows:
1. Complete the inscription form and make the corresponding payment.

2. Once you complete your subscription you will receive an automatic electronic response, if not, try again.

3. Go to the “Business Contacts” icon and click the company category of your interest.

4. Identify in each category the name of the companies you would like to meet.

5. Communicate the name of the company which you wish to set an appointment at ruedadenegocios@capac.org and we will coordinate yours meeting.

6. Once confirmed your appointment we will sent your agenda.
-The companies that are participating at the fair, Members of CAPAC and buying companies do not pay inscription.
-The companies registred before June 15, 2010, will have a discount of 50 % of the cost of the inscription.
-The last date limit to request meetings is the 30 of August of 2010.
-The appointments will be programmed between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and will have duration of 30 minutes.
-Once you confirm your participation please send us your hotel information and date of arrival so we can send your invitation of the inauguration event.
